Back in April, french designer Philippe Starck was rumored to be working on a revolutionary project with Apple. These rumors quickly diminished when it was confirmed that this secret “project” was actually a yacht for Steve Jobs. Well, the yacht is done and it looks like an awesome floating Apple Store.
One More Thing reports that the yacht dubbed “Venus” has finally set sail. Just days before the iPad mini’s release, Steve Jobs’ long awaited yacht has hit the ocean, and I have to say, it’s a beauty.
The aluminum-bodied yacht is 70-80 meters in length and actually has seven 27-inch iMacs to help manage the ships controls. This is the coolest yacht I’ve ever seen.
I wonder when Apple will start selling yachts to the public? I have one thing to say, “Shut up and take my money!” I’m sure the price tag for such a yacht would be well beyond any amount I could ever pay, but hey, can’t a guy dream?
