A small update to Apple TV is available now. This update includes some minor bug fixes and HD movie and TV show previews. It’s available now for the second and third generation Apple TV.

If your intention is to one day possibly jailbreak your Apple TV 2 or 3, hold off on this update as an untethered jailbreak is still in the works. Furthermore, if you already have an Apple TV 2 with a tethered jailbreak hold off as well. Updating may hurt your untethered chances in the future or eliminate your jailbreak ability altogether.
