If you happened to be one of the many who ordered a Lightning adapter from Apple a few weeks ago, you’ll be ecstatic to know that they may have started shipping. Finally we’ll be able to use our old school 30-pin connector accessories with the iPhone 5.
According to MacRumors:
Apple has just begun notifying the first wave of customers who ordered the company’s new Lightning to 30-pin Adapter that their orders are now shipping. MacRumors has received word from several readers located in Australia that their orders are now in transit, with one reader’s shipping notification indicating that his shipment is due to be delivered on October 9.
I’ve been waiting for this confirmation for a while now. I have also ordered a couple adapters, the ironic part is, I’ll probably be able to pick them up in an Apple Store long before the ones I ordered arrive.
Did you order any of these adapters?
