Over the last few months, I've had the opportunity to demo Akai's MPC Renaissance. In all honestly, I've never been a big MPC type of guy, but this fine piece of hardware and it's software integration has changed my opinion.

Along with the release of iRig HD, IK Multimedia launched a brand new version of AmpliTube. Version 3.0 adds a brand new mutlitrack studio that's perfect for getting out song ideas or complete compositions.
In case you're not familiar with it, Audiobus allows you to connect your favorite music apps and recording music between them. This technology is extremely helpful when producing music on an iOS device. As of today, two more apps from IK Multimedia have joined the Audiobus family.
