Would you buy a 128GB iPad? I'm not sure I'd know what to do with all of the space. According to 9to5Mac, Apple is getting ready to release one in the very near future. While there's been no mention of a price point, we can assume it will be more than the $699 64GB iPad. So yea, It'll cost you a pretty penny.

A new rumor from Digitimes suggests that Apple will be releasing a cheap iPhone made of plastic or a "chassis mixed with plastic and metal, with the internal metal parts being able to be seen from outside through special design" to keep costs down.
