Ashton Kutcher Set To Play Steve Jobs in New Biopic

Yesterday may have been April Fools Day, but we certainly think there is no fooling to be had for this news. Apparently, Ashton Kutcher is to star in a “Biopic” about the late Steve Jobs.

Trust me when I stay, I never thought we’d be posting a blog about Apple involving Ashton Kutcher on this website…

But according to Variety, the film is set to be financed and produced by Five Star Institute’s Mark Hulme. Matt Whiteley is on board to write the script, and “Two and a Half Men” star Ashton Kutcher is playing the leading role as Mr. Jobs. The movie is set to start filming in May. I’m sure we’ll see other famous influences and co-founders portrayed in this film as well.

Ashton Kutcher with his long hair and beard does strikingly resemble a young Steve Jobs as you can see in the picture above. I wonder how much money he’s getting for this massive role…

There’s no official word on when this film is slated for release, but they’ve already got my money. I’m sure this will be an interesting film. As I talked about in our recent podcast, there’s no gray area for films like this…

Either it’s going to be great or completely suck. I just hope it turns out well.

What do you think about this movie?
