According to AppleInsider, the new iPad may have a little brother hiding out somewhere. John Gruber of DaringFireball is well-connected in the Apple realm. Gruber claims that unnamed Apple insiders say a 7.85-inch tablet does exist, but no one is sure whether or not it will see the light of day.
Consumer Reports has been recently attacking the new iPad for "overheating" issues. Which apparently, aren't issues at all according to this survey. They dished out the criticism for a while about Apple's latest tablet, but now seem to be praising the new iPad like nothing happened.

Yesterday Australia initiated a law suit against Apple claiming the 4G marketing in conjunction with the new iPad was "misleading" to consumers.
